I am so pleased to share that 'The Gorse Path' was selected for show in The Old Lock Up Gallery, Cromford, Derbyshire as part of their national open submission. It's a diverse show of really lovely contemporary artwork and sculpture and well worth a visit. The exhibition opened on 28 May and runs to 19 June 2022Tarpey Open 2021

I'm delighted that 'Green Spaces 1' has been selected for the Tarpey Open 2021 exhibition. Competition was tough and to have been selected by such a fantastic contemporary gallery is a real honour. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic I am unable to exhibit this year at the Welland Valley Art Society Spring Exhibition and I have decided not to take part in Open Studios events over the summer. I will still be open for visitors by appointment and selling work through my website and social media channels so please do get in touch if anything is of interest.I am selling some new work at special rates as part of the Artists Support Pledge (see gallery heading). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many artists have found themselves without work, teaching, technical support and gallery work. Exhibitions and sales have disappeared. In an attempt to help alleviate some of this stress an artist called Martin Burrows has instigated the ARTIST SUPPORT PLEDGE #artistsupportpledge. The concept is a simple one. Artists post images of their work on Instagram which they are willing to sell for no more than £200 each (not including shipping). Anyone can buy the work. Every time an artist reaches £1000 of sales, they pledge to spend £200 on another artist's work.
